World IP Review 2024 China Rankings Name CPA an Outstanding Firm, Select CPA General Manager to Hall of Fame, and Recognise CPA Deputy General Managers as Outstanding Practitioners

Recently, leading international intellectual property (IP) media World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) released its 2024 China patent and trademark rankings for law firms and lawyers. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is glad to report that our firm was ranked an "outstanding Firm", the top tier, for both patent non-contentious and patent contentious work, and ranked "highly recommended" and "recommended" in the categories of trademark non-contentious and contentious respectively.

This year marks the inauguration of WIPR's China patent rankings. To ensure robust and informed results, the WIPR research team adopted a four-pronged approach based on submissions from law firms, client referees, telephone interviews, and in-house research to arrive at the rankings, taking into consideration factors including strength of the firms’ IP offering and profile of their clients.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of CPA.
