CPA Wins Series of New Energy Vehicles-Related Patent Invalidation & Administrative Cases
Recent years have seen strong momentum in the development of new energy vehicles (NEVs) at home and abroad, and patent disputes relating to the field of NEVs have also become a hot spot of the intellectual property industry.
Recently, our firm China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) represented a patent owner in a series of NEVs-related patent disputes involving multiple invalidation requests and subsequent administrative cases. And we are glad to share that the invalidation decisions and administrative judgments, made by the Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Department of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, and the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court respectively, were all in favour of our client.
