CPA Rated Top-tier "5A" Firm in China Trademark Agency Service Capabilities Statistics 2024

On 22 November 2024, the 14th China International Trademark and Brand Festival was held in Xi'an, China, during which results of China Trademark Agency Service Capabilities Statistics 2024 were released. The statistics were conducted by China Trademark journal and Beijing Zhichanbao Network Technology Development Co., Ltd. with a view to identifying high-quality trademark agencies, enhancing transparency of service capabilities of domestic agencies, and promoting healthy development of the industry.

China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to share that in the 2024 edition of the China Trademark Agencies Service Capabilities Statistics, our firm, by virtue of its outstanding service and wide industry recognition, was again ranked a top tier 5A agency.

The statistics covered trademark agencies registered at the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), which were classified into categories 5A, 4A or 3A on the basis of their performance in trademark services, as reflected by publicly available official data with respect to a number of dimensions including trademark application volume, trademark opposition cases, and trademark review cases handled during the past year.
