MIP Survey 2015 Rates CPA in Top Tier in Patent Prosecution & Contentious Work
We are glad to report that in the IP Stars 2015 survey conducted by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) has been rated as a Tier 1 firm in China in the categories of patent prosecution and patent contentious work.
For prosecution work, it includes filing of patents and associated work in respective jurisdiction, including filing for overseas clients, whereas contentious work includes all other legal work, such as enforcement and licensing.
MIP's annual world IP surveys reflect the perception of the leading firms in respective markets through extensive research and interviews in more than 80 jurisdictions. CPA has been awarded such honour for years in a row.
