CPA Staff Completes 100 km Run of North Face 100 HK 2014
On 13-14 December 2014 Ms. Zhu Hongli, a staff member from the Beijing office of China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA), took part in the 100 km race of the North Face 100 Hong Kong.
The North Face 100 Asia Pacific was launched in 2008 and has been regarded as the toughest 100 km cross-country running series in Asia. This latest event in Hong Kong, held in Tai Mei Tuk with a total elevation of 6,500 m, was described in a facebook post as having a trail course "unanimously agreed to be brutal but beautiful".
To qualify as a finisher, the racers were required to complete the whole course in 27 hours. Among the 397 participants who turned up that day, 67% were finishers, and Ms. Zhu is one of them with a time of 25 hours 15 minutes and 54 seconds.
