CPA Attends 42nd IPO Annual Meeting in Vancover
On 7-9 September 2014, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) general manager Mr. Zeng Xiangling led a four-member delegation to attend the 42nd annual meeting of Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) held in Vancover, Canada.
This year's meeting gathered about 1,500 representatives from enterprises and legal firms worldwide. A wide variety of topics, among them US and Canada IP case law updates, trademark protection and enforcement, and corporate IP management, were presented by guest speakers including IP officials, judges from US district courts and Federal Court of Canada, IP management from multinational companies, and academicians.
During the session, CPA delegates also met with counterparts from different parts of the world and shared views with them on varioius IP topics of concern in depth.
