CPA Ranked as a Top Tier Firm in Both Patent Prosecution and Patent Contentious Work in MIP Survey 2014
China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is glad to report that in the IP Stars 2014 survey conducted by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine, CPA is rated as a Tier 1 firm in China in both patent prosecution and patent contentious work. The survey identified and ranked the world's leading patent firms based on interviews and research to find out practitioners and clients' perceptions of the rated firms across more than 80 jurisdictions.
According to MIP, the survey is not simply a list of the biggest or oldest firms, but instead a qualitative ranking of the leading firms by categories of practice in the respective jurisdictions. The top tiers are those which received the most recommendations for the strength of their expertise and the depth of their ability to service clients.
