CPA Named Patent Firm of Excellence & its Two Attorneys Outstanding Patent Attorneys of Year 2012 in China

China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to share that it has been honoured as a “Patent Firm of Excellence of the Year 2012 in China” in a nationwide selection for patent practice excellence conducted by China Intellectual Property News.

In addition, CPA has two attorneys, namely, Mr. Wang Hongbin and Mr. Zhao Sulin, listed as “Outstanding Patent Attorneys of the Year 2012 in China”.

A total of 20 patent law firms and 30 patent attorneys are honoured in this selection for their outstanding work and services. The honourees were selected based on the combined opinions of public survey and expert scoring. For the public survey, 4,128 questionnaires were collected from relevant examination departments of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), local IP authorities, enterprises, universities and colleges, research institutes, and IP law firms. As for the expert scoring, the candidates were appraised by professionals from IP authorities, industry associations, enterprises, and academic institutions.
