Among Patent and Trade Mark Prosecution Firms in China
In the 2009 MIP Global Survey of Law Firms, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. has again been ranked Tier 1 among the Chinese firms for both the patent prosecution work and trade mark prosecution work.
The MIP Global Survey of Law Firms is an annual event organized by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) in more than 70 jurisdictions. This survey lasted 5 months and the results are mainly based on the information provided in questionnaires and interviews with hundreds of practitioners and in-house counsels.
