CNIPA Invites Public Comments on Draft Measures for Regulating Patent Application Filing
To further implement the national strategy and policy on reinforcing IP protection, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has recently formulated and published the Measures for Regulating Patent Application Filing (Draft for comment) 《关于规范申请专利行为的办法（征求意见稿）》to solicit opinions from the public. The Measures aim at addressing the issue of non-normal applications that are filed for purposes other than innovation-creation protection.
Interested parties may reflect their views via e-mail, fax or mail to Examination Policy Division, Department of Treaty and Law of the CNIPA by the deadline of 26 February 2021.
