The 11th China Trademark Festival Held in Yinchuan
On 5-8 July 2019, China Trademark Festival 2019 (CTF) organised by China Trademark Association took place in Yinchuan, capital of the Ningxia Hui autonomous region in northwestern China.
With a theme of “Strengthening Trademarks & Brands Protection; Building a New Path of Innovation and Development", this year's CTF featured the China trademark annual conference, the 6th China Brand Economy Summit as the main forum, and 22 sub-forums covering such topics as trademark administrative protection, geographical indication, trademark value evaluation, and regional brand development. Also held during the CTF were China Brand Exposition 2019 with 748 enterprises nationwide taking part in; a trademark design competition; and the first national college debate competition on trademark hot spot issues.
The CTF brought together 2,000-plus participants from home and abroad, including government officials, IP experts and academics, and representatives from trademark agencies, enterprises, and IP organisations, who leveraged the occasion to exchange ideas, share experience, and update themselves on latest industry trends.
