China Trademark Office Invites Public Opinions on Amendments of Trademark Law
The China Trademark Office (CTMO) is planning to introduce further revision of the Chinese Trademark Law, with a view to strengthening creation, protection, and exploitation of intellectual property (IP), as well as enhancing the quality and efficiency of trademark examination. To incorporate more broad-based public input into the legislation, CTMO is now seeking public opinions on the amendments of the Trademark Law. The consultation falls due on 31 July 2018
Members of the public may communicate their views via email to sbjlaw@saic.gov.cn, indicating "Submission of Opinions on Amendments of Trademark Law" in the subject line, and giving their name and contact information for future contact.
