China-Hungaria PPH Pilot Programme Commences on 1 March 2016
In accordance with a memorandum of understanding signed between the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) and the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO), a Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot programme between the two offices has commenced on 1 March 2016. The SIPO-HIPO pilot program will run for three years until 28 February 2019.
