SIPO Seeks Public Opinions on Draft Amendments to Measures for Patent Administrative Law Enforcement
To more effectively regulate the administrative law enforcement in connection with patents, the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) recently published the Amendments to Measures for Patent Administrative Law Enforcement (Draft for Comments) to invite public opinions on the draft amendments.
Members of the public may voice their opinions by writing to the Legal Affairs Department of SIPO, or by sending email to tiaofasi@sipo.gov.cn or fax to 010-62083681 on or before 15 March 2015.
