Public Comments Invited for Draft Amendments to China's Well-known Trademark Provisions
To align with the latest changes to the Trademark Law of China and the Implementing Rules for the Trademark Law of China, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China (SAIC) has drafted the amendments to the Provisions for the Determination and Protection of Well-known Trademarks, which are now available for public comments until 13 May 2014.
Members of the public who would like to express their views about the draft amendments may do so via the related column on the website of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of China (http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn) or SAIC (http://www.saic.gov.cn), or by sending an email (gssb@saic.gov.cn) or a mail to the SAIC.
