ACPAA-FICPI IP Seminar Convenes in Beijing

 

On 7 December 2012, an intellectual property seminar co-hosted by International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) was held in Beijing.

 

The seminar addressed IP-related topics of current international interest. The FICPI delegation, comprising six members from the US, UK, France, Canada and South Africa under the leadership of its president Mr. Bastiaan Koster, shared views and information on subjects including: progress of America Invents Act and EU patent, routes of applications for patent, trademark and design in Europe, trade dress and 3D trademarks from a North American perspective, and IP landscape in Africa.
