Draft Revised Chinese Trademark Law Released to Solicit Public Comments
The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of the PRC issued a notice on 1 September 2011 to solicit public comments on the latest draft revision of the Chinese Trademark Law. Interested entities and individuals are invited to voice their opinions on the draft from now on until 8 October 2011 via email (shangbf@chinalaw.gov.cn), or by mail to the Office, or, alternatively, through the specific section for collection of comments on the web page of the Office at http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn.
