LES China 2009 Annual Meeting
From 9 to 11 December 2009, 2009 Annual Meeting of the Licensing Executives Society of China (LES China) was held in Hainan Province, China. Present at the Meeting were more than forty people from Government agencies, courts, universities, research institutes and IP law firm or agencies. Luo Dongchuan, Grand Justice and Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Supreme People’s Court made a speech on the latest developments in IP licensing, technology transfer and judicial IP protection. The LES China members present at the Meeting had heated discussions on the present situation of tech-import trade in China and issues to be addressed, issues concerning R&D cooperation between universities and enterprises, and technology transfer.
