CPA Ranked Top Tier Patent Prosecution & Contentious Firm Again by MIP
& CPA Senior Attorneys Named Again as IP Stars of the Year
China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) has been ranked again as a Tier 1 firm for both patent prosecution and patent contentious work in China in the 2019 IP Stars surveys conducted by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine. With untiring dedication to top quality work and provision of most satisfactory service, and thanks to the clients' recognition of our professional commitment and expertise, CPA has been awarded the honours years in a row.
The IP Stars survey is a specialist guide to the leading IP firms and practitioners worldwide. Over the past twenty years, MIP has on annual basis measured the strength of firms based on six months' interviews of thousands of law firms and their clients as well as independent researches into published data and information, taking into account factors including the firms' caseload, quality of work, professional proficiency, attorney team, client feedback, and market reputation.
In addition to the leading IP firms, MIP has also revealed its 2019 lists for leading IP practitioners. We are glad to share that our deputy general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe and Shanghai Office director Mr. Xiong Yanfeng were lauded again as IP Stars of the year, reflecting their continued recommendation by most peers and clients in the survey.
Finally, we are also much honoured to have taken home the award of China Patent Prosecution Firm of 2019 at the Managing Intellectual Property Asia Awards Ceremony 2019, which was held in Hong Kong in March.
