CPA Staff Bring Home the Honour of Champion Chef in HKCEA Cooking Competition

The 2018 Luzhou Laojiao Office Cooking Competition hosted by Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association (HKCEA) took place on 9 September 2018. Twenty-two Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong, including China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA), signed up for the competition.

Representing our firm to take up the culinary challenge were Ms. Li Chunfeng of Finance Department and Mr. Li Jianxin of Mechanics Department at CPA Hong Kong Office. Prior to the contest, Ms. Li and Mr. Li had themselves well-prepared by serious study and practice of the competition recipe.

During the competition, the team successfully placed itself among the six finalists after 50 minutes' intense hard work before the stove. Proceeding to the final round in which the designated cuisine was "kung pao chicken", our team continued to perform the task with ease.

With talent and composure, the team turned out a delicious dish that impressed the palates of the judges. They won the championship by a majority vote and brought home the honour of Office Elite Chef Award.
