CPA Ranked among IPHOUSE's 2016 Top 10 Chinese Patent Administrative Litigation Firms
China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was recently ranked by IPHOUSE as one of the Top 10 Patent Administrative Litigation Firms in China, as a recognition of its professional competence and influence in the industry. CPA deputy general manager Ms. Tina Tai was present at the award presentation ceremony held in Beijing on 23 June 2017 and received the award on behalf of our firm. The ceremony was attended by over a hundred people, including representatives from major legal service providers, domestic and foreign enterprises, and media agencies.
The rankings were based on data derived from IPHOUSE's database in respect of IPR cases concluded by the courts in China between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2016, taking into account such factors as quantity of cases, litigation win rate, the parties who entrust the cases, history of the candidate firms, and cases of the firms having been named exemplary cases.
IPHOUSE is a Chinese judicial data provider set up in 2016. It operates an IP Decision Documents Retrieval Platform with search capabilities for over 200,000 IP-related cases in mainland China.
