CPA Attorneys Selected Patent Attorney Trainers 

In response to boosting demand of patent commissioning services and to enhance the capability of domestic patent practitioners, State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has launched a patent practitioner training project. Specifically, it aims to deliver practice skill training to 10,000 patent attorneys during the Twelve Five Year Plan period (2011-2015).

On the legislation side, Implementation Plan on Practice Skill Training for Patent Attorneys and Administrative Rules Governing Selection and Management of Patent Attorney Trainers have been formulated since the beginning of 2011. As regards the training personnel, 191 patent examiner trainers and 60 patent attorney trainers were selected.  

China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to have two of its experienced patent attorneys selected as patent attorney trainers, namely, Assistant General Manager Ms. Tina Tai and CPA Beijing office Deputy Director Mr. Wang Jingchao.
