Draft Judicial Interpretation on Application of Anti-Unfair Competition Law Invites Public Feedback
The Supreme People's Court of China has recently published the Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China (Draft for Comment) for public consultation. Interested parties are invited to provide their views on the draft Interpretation by mail or via e-mail by the deadline of 19 September 2021.
