CNIPA Publishes Second Batch of Draft Amendments to Patent Examination Guidelines for Public Comment
Further to China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA)'s release on 30 September 2020 of the first batch of the draft amendments for the revision of the Guidelines for Patent Examination for public comment, the second batch of the draft amendments has been published recently.
Interested parties may submit their comments and opinions on the draft amendments by 10 December 2020 via email (tiaofasi@cnipa.gov.cn), fax (010-62083681) or mail (attention: Examination Policy Division, Department of Legal Affairs, CNIPA).
