SPC Invites Public Comment on Draft Drug Patent Judicial Interpretation
On 29 October 2020, the Supreme People's Court of China (SPC) published the Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Adjudication of Civil Cases Involving Patent of Drug under Marketing Review and Approval (Draft for Comment) 《关于审理涉药品上市审评审批专利民事案件适用法律若干问题的规定（征求意见稿）》for public comment.
Interested parties may reflect their views on the above draft provisions via e-mail or by mail to No. 3 Civil Tribunal of the SPC by the deadline of 14 December 2020.
