CNIPA Publishes First Batch of Draft Amendments to Patent Examination Guidelines for Public Comment
The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has recently released the first batch of the draft amendments for its latest revision of the Guidelines for Patent Examination to solicit comments from the public. In view of the volume of contents to be reviewed, the CNIPA will publish the draft amendments in batches for public consultation over the course of this revision to the Guidelines.
Interested parties may submit their comments and opinions on the draft amendments by 15 November 2020 via email (tiaofasi@cnipa.gov.cn), fax (010-62083681) or mail (attention: Examination Policy Division, Department of Legal Affairs, CNIPA).
