SPC & SPP Invite Public Comments on Draft Judicial Interpretation Relating to Handling Criminal Cases of IP Infringement
The Supreme People’s Court (SPC) and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP) of China jointly published on 17 June 2020 the Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Intellectual Property Infringement (III) (Draft for Comment) [最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理侵犯知识产权刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释(三) (征求意见稿)].
Members of the public may send their comments on the above draft document to No. 3 Civil Tribunal of the SPC or No. 4 Procuratorial Department of the SPP by mail or e-mail by the deadline of 2 August 2020.
