SPC Invites Public Comments on Draft Judicial Interpretations Relating to Evidence in IP Civil Litigation & Increasing Sanctions for IP Infringement
The Supreme People's Court of China (SPC) has published on 15 June 2020 two draft IP-related judicial interpretations for public comment, namely, Provisions of the SPC on Evidence in Intellectual Property Civil Litigation (Draft for Comment) [最高人民法院关于知识产权民事诉讼证据的若干规定(征求意见稿)] and Opinions of the SPC on Increasing the Level of Sanctions for Intellectual Property Infringement" (Draft for Comment) [最高人民法院关于加大知识产权侵权行为制裁力度的意见(征求意见稿)].
Members of the public may send their comments on any of the above draft documents to No. 3 Civil Tribunal of the SPC by mail or e-mail by the deadline of 31 July 2020.
