SIPO Seeks Public Comments on Draft Administrative Measures for Prioritised Patent Examination

The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has published the Administrative Measures for Prioritised Patent Examination (Draft for Comment) to solicit opinions from the public. Any members of the public, if interested, may communicate their views or suggestions on the draft Administrative Measures to SIPO via the website of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of China or by letter, email or fax before the deadline of 6 May 2017.
