PPH Pilot Programme between SIPO & Israel Patent Office Extended Indefinitely as from 1 August 2016
The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has signed a joint statement of intent with the Israel Patent Office (ILPO) on the extension of Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot programme, according to which the PPH pilot programme between the two patent offices, which initially expired on 31 July 2016, will be extended for an indefinite period as from 1 August 2016.
The requirements and procedures of the programme remain unchanged and continue to apply.
