Three Chinese Patent-Related Draft Guidelines Open for Public Comments
The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has published three patent-related guidelines, namely, the Guidelines for Determination of Patent Infringements (Draft for Comments), the Guidelines for Evidence-Related Rules on Patent Administrative Enforcement (Draft for Comments), and the Guidelines for Administrative Mediation of Other Patent Disputes (Draft for Comments), which are available for public comments through e-mail, fax or letter to Patent Affairs Administration Department of SIPO by the deadline of 5 April 2016.
