China-German PPH Pilot Programme Extended Until January 2018
The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has extended its Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot programme with German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) for additional two years to 22 January 2018, with relevant requirements and procedures unchanged.
The SIPO-DPMA PPH pilot programme started on 23 January 2012, and has been extended for two years when the initial trial period of the programme ended on January 22, 2014.
