WIPO Launches Global Design Database
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) launched on 9 January 2015 the Global Design Database, which is accessible online and free of charge by the public. The database initially includes 185,000 records of international industrial designs registered under the Hague System as well as national collection of industrial design registrations of Canada. According to WIPO, more national collections will be added in the coming months.
