Public Comments Invited on SPC Interpretation (II) of Issues Concerning Application of Law in Trial of Patent Infringement Cases

The Supreme People's Court of China (SPC) recently released the Interpretation (II) on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Patent Infringement Dispute Cases (Draft for Comment) to collect comments and suggestions from the public. This Interpretation addresses prominent issues arisen in trial practice relating to patent infringement cases over the years further to the implementation of the SPC Interpretation of the same title promulgated in 2009.

Members of the public may voice their opinions on the draft Interpretation by writing to Collegiate Panel No. 1, Intellectual Property Tribunal of SPC, or by sending an email to zhuanliyijian@163.com on or before 1 September 2014.
