Public Comments Invited for Copyright Law of China (Draft Amendment for Review)
The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of China has published the Copyright Law of China (Draft Amendment for Review) along with its explanatory notes to hear opinions from the public. The draft amendment had been submitted by National Copyright Administration of China to the State Council for examination.
Members of the public may voice their opinions on the draft amendment on or before 5 July 2014 via the special column on top left of the home page of the Legislative Affairs Office official website (http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn), by sending email to zzqf@chinalaw.gov.cn, or by post to PO Box 2067, Beijing Municipality (post code: 100035).
