Public Comments Invited on SPC Provisions on Trial of Administrative Cases Involving Trademark Right Grant and Confirmation
The Supreme People's Court of China (SPC) recently released the Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Administrative Cases Involving the Grant and Confirmation of Trademark Rights (Draft for Comments) to invite comments from the public. The provisions aim at addressing prominent issues arisen in judicial practice concerning the said administrative cases over recent years.
Members of the public may voice their opinions on the draft provisions by writing to Collegiate Panel No. 3, Intellectual Property Tribunal of SPC, or by sending an email to shangbiaoyijian@163.com on or before 15 November 2014.
