Winners of Inaugural China Trademark Gold Award Announced
On 6 September 2011, the Fourth China Trademark Festival was officially opened in Chengdu of Sichuan Province. During the opening ceremony, winners of the China Trademark Gold Award were announced and presented with their prizes.
The Award is jointly launched by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC (SAIC). Starting this year, it is designed to be a biennial event. The first time winners of the Award comprise 20 Chinese enterprises and institutions, who are honoured respectively under the category of "Trademark Innovation Award", "Trademark Utilization Award" and "Trademark Protection Award".
The first China Trademark Gold Award goes to the following enterprises/institutions:
