On 11 February 2023, the 13th China IP International Annual Forum & 2023 Annual Conference of In-house IP Managers in China, hosted by China Intellectual Property magazine, was held in Beijing.

 

The forum featured an awards presentation ceremony to honour outstanding and emerging figures and teams in different IP areas in China over the past year. Thanks to clients' constant recognition of our professional IP legal services, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was again awarded "Outstanding IP Service Team in China", an honour CPA has frequently won over the years. CPA assistant general manager Mr. Xiong Yanfeng was present at the ceremony to receive the award on behalf of our firm.

 

The outstanding IP service team award recognises distinguished performance in integrated strength as manifested in professional expertise, service capabilities, and research competence, as well as team stability, innovative ability, and social responsibility observance.

 

This year's forum was themed "Make Good Use of Opportunities, Achieve Steady and Long-term Development", which discussed issues related to the IP management and legal compliance of Chinese enterprises in post-pandemic times, as well as reviewed and assessed the challenges and opportunities brought by China's IP industry reform and development.
