Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2022 Recognises CPA as Leading Firm & 2 CPA Senior Attorneys as Litigation Stars
International legal ranking directory Benchmark Litigation has recently published Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2022. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is honoured to be included in the recommended firms of the year in intellectual property (IP) litigation in China. Alongside the leading law firm rankings, Benchmark Litigation also released the lists of elite lawyers, in which CPA general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe and assistant general manager Mr. Xiong Yanfeng were recognised as "Litigation Star" in the field of IP in China. Litigation stars are lawyers "highly regarded by their peers and possess a strong case record and positive client feedback".
The Benchmark Litigation rankings were based on a six-month research during which extensive interviews were made with dispute resolution specialists, litigators and clients, taking into account recent casework handled by the candidate law firms, client feedback, and legal practitioners' opinions within relevant jurisdiction and practice area.
Benchmark Litigation, established in 2008, is devoted to providing information and ratings exclusively on disputes and litigation. It focused initially on North America market and has expanded to cover Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America. The Asia-Pacific guide was launched in 2018.
