CPA Assistant General Manager Elected Vice Chair of ICC China IP Commission
On 23 March 2021, the Commission on Intellectual Property of the China Chamber of International Commerce (ICC China) convened its work meeting for the first half of 2021 in Shenzhen.
More than 30 representatives from companies including China Railway Construction Corporation, JD.COM, TCL Technology Group Corp., Alibaba Group, and Da-Jiang Innovations attended the meeting. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA), represented by assistant general manager Mr. Xiong Yanfeng and Shenzhen Office director Mr. Ke Guanghua, was also present.
During the meeting, speeches were delivered by ICC China secretary general Mr. Yu Jianlong, WIPO China Office director Mr. Liu Hua, and ZTE Corporation president Mr. Xu Ziyang, and a number of heated topics were discussed among the attendees.
We are glad to share that in the election of the new chairs during the meeting, our assistant general manager Mr. Xiong was designated as vice-chair of the Commission. The meeting also approved the Commission's work report for 2020 and its work plans for 2021.
ICC China Commission on Intellectual Property was established in October 2012. It now has over 80 members encompassing enterprises from the fields of electronics, biopharmaceuticals, new materials, new energy, and the Internet as well as law firms and agencies. The chair member of the Commission is ZTE Corporation.
