CPA Ranks No. 1 Among China's Top 10 Law Firms for Patent Administrative Litigation 2018-2019

China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to report that it was ranked No. 1 in the 2018-2019 ranking of China's Top Ten Law Firms for Intellectual Property Litigation in the realm of patent administrative litigation. The ranking was organised by IP data and information provider IPHOUSE in conjunction with IP media platforms Zhichanli and IPRdaily.

 

The ranking was conducted on the basis of the candidates' cases concerning patent administrative litigation closed within the past three years, i.e. from the beginning of 2016 to the end of 2018, incorporating such factors as the volume of cases handled by the candidates as evidenced by the judgments of the corresponding cases kept in IPHOUSE's databases, win rate in the candidates' cases handled, number of cases honoured as exemplary cases, and rating of the clients.
