CPA Recognised Again as IP Litigation "Recommended Firm" & CPA Senior Attorneys Selected as "Dispute Resolution Star" Again in Benchmark Litigation 2019

On 2 May 2019, the reputed legal guide provider Benchmark Litigation released its 2019 edition of elite litigation law firms and lawyers in the Asia-Pacific region. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to be named again a "Recommended Firm" of the year in intellectual property (IP) litigation, an honour which, according to the guide provider, represents the awardee's proven ability to consistently handle complex, high-stakes cases.

 

Also, CPA deputy general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe and Shanghai Office director Mr. Xiong Yanfeng were selected this year again as "Dispute Resolution Star" in IP litigation, reflecting their consistent recommendation by clients and peers as reputable and effective litigators.
