CPA Named Best Chinese IP Firm by Leaders League  

China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was recently named Best Chinese IP Firm by French media and rating agency Leaders League, whose law firm awards recognise the best corporate and intellectual property (IP) law firms in their domestic market for their excellent annual results and lasting performance in management and leadership. The jury of the awards was made up of more than 100 legal counsel and IP counsel from Fortune 500 firms and other well-known companies.

 

In this year's Leaders League ranking of global IP firms, CPA was ranked a leading firm in the areas of patent prosecution, patent litigation, and trademark litigation, and an excellent firm in trademark prosecution in China.

 

The awards ceremony took place during the 2018 International Legal Alliance Summit & Awards in New York City on 28 June 2018. The event, featuring also panel sessions and one-to-one networking meetings, was attended by 450-plus senior representatives of leading law firms from over 40 countries.
