CPA Attorney on the List of 2nd Batch of National IP Expert Pool
The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has announced the second batch of national intellectual property expert pool on 16 February 2016. We are pleased to share that Mr. Yuan Shaohui, director of Shenzhen office of China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA), was included in the list of the expert pool.
This batch of the national IP expert pool comprised 150-plus individuals from four types of establishments, namely, IP administrative and enforcement agencies, enterprises, IP service providers, and colleges and research institutes. The nomination and selection of the candidates started in July 2015, and candidates were assessed by a 30-member appraisal committee based on established criteria.
