CPA Hosts Talk on US Patent Law Reform
On 24 March 2011, Mr. David De Lorenzi from Gibbons P.C. of the US gave a talk for China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. ("CPA") on "US Patent Law Reform". The talk elaborated on changes facing existing US patent system, focusing on improvements to established examination criteria of patentability, patent examination and patent litigation system.
More than 60 patent attorneys and lawyers from CPA Hong Kong office, Shanghai office, Shenzhen office, and Beijing office participated in the talk.
