CPA General Manager Invited to Visit Futian District

On 24 July 2024, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe crossed the border to the Futian district, one of the central business districts in Shenzhen, for business visit and exchanges, at the invitation of the Futian Branch of Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality ("the Administration").

Prior to the business exchange session, general manager Mr. Wu along with our Personnel Department manager Mr. Zhang Wei and Shenzhen Office director Ms. Wang Danqing were accompanied by the officials of the Futian Branch of the Administration to take a tour of the Showcase and Exchange Center of He Tao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, gaining an understanding of the development status of the cooperation zone as well as its strategic planning, targeting, and positioning.

During the business meeting, officials from the Futian Branch of the Administration, including its director Mr. Zhang Pingzhong and senior officer Ms. Xie Lan, and our delegation delved into a number of topics, among them the possibilities of further cooperation and the promotion of high-quality development of intellectual property in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Also attending the meeting were Ms. Mo Xiling, deputy director-general of the Administration, and Mr. Zhang Xuebin, director of the Intellectual Property Promotion Division of the Administration.

General manager Mr. Wu further mentioned about the international supply chain expo during the meeting, and referred specifically to the 2nd China International Supply Chain Expo, which will be held in 26-30 November 2024 in Beijing. He hoped that leveraging the Administration's reach to a huge number of enterprises, more domestic enterprises will surely benefit from the high-end platform of international supply chain expo with its connection to global innovation resources and exposure to opportunities of international cooperation.
