Hong Kong IP Department to Issue Electronic Certificates of Registration/Grant for Trademarks, Patents and Designs

The Intellectual Property Department of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR has just announced that with effect from 28 June 2024, the Trade Marks, Patents and Designs Registries will implement a new arrangement of issuing electronic (instead of paper) certificates of registration/grant for trademarks, patents and designs to trademark, patent and design applicants or their agents who are registered e-fliers.
