CPA Rated a Top 40 Foreign-Related Trademark Agency in China

On 20 May 2024, the "Top 40 Foreign-Related Trademark Agencies in China" were announced during the 146th INTA Chinese Trademark Association Forum held in Atlanta, the US. We are pleased to report that our firm, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA), had the honour of being ranked in the list, reflecting our professional expertise, efficient service, and excellent reputation among clients.

The 40 outstanding trademark agencies on the list were selected from trademark firms that have been registered with the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), on the basis of their performances surrounding ten-plus dimensions as indicated from official data, among them the number of foreign-related trademark applications, foreign-related trademark opposition cases, and foreign-related trademark appeal cases handled by the firms.

The top 40 list, jointly released by China Trademark magazine and IPHouse under the guidance of the China Trademark Association, aims at providing foreign companies seeking trademark service in China with a recommendable list of trademark agencies.
