CPA Deputy General Managers Enter 2024 Best Lawyers List of General Counsels' Recommendation

Recently, the 2024 lists of the "Best Lawyers & Best Law Firms Recommended by General Counsels of China's Leading Companies" co-hosted by Legal Hall of Fame and Legal Guru Club were released. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to share that CPA deputy general managers Mr. Xiong Yanfeng and Mr. Hu Gang were selected into the list of best lawyers in the intellectual property (IP) industry.

The 2024 lists were derived on the basis of review and deliberation by professional committees composed of 200-plus senior lawyers, taking into consideration the recommendations from chief in-house legal officers of leading companies (about one third are foreign enterprises and Global 500 companies in China) combined with the committee's industry research and analysis. The lists aim at providing a nationwide directory of outstanding lawyers and law firms of professional prowess and good reputation for the reference of corporate legal leaders.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of CPA, and at the same time it is also the 40th anniversary of the promulgation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China.
