CPA General Manager Delivers Speech at CPA 40th Anniversary Commemoration

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of our firm, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA). On 25th April 2024, the Commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. and Symposium on International Intellectual Property Services were held in Beijing. About 160 representatives from relevant government departments, industry associations, research institutions, and innovation entities attended the event. Mr. Wu Yuhe, general manager of CPA, was present and delivered a keynote speech.

In his speech, Mr. Wu related the history of our firm, mentioning that CPA, with its basis in Hong Kong, was one of the three earliest established patent agencies in China. Since its inception in 1984, CPA has been serving clients from China and the world, winning the trust of clients with integrity, expertise, and high-quality services. Today, CPA is one of the largest IP firms in China. It is constantly rated as a top tier patent prosecution agency and named a top 1000 trademark firm of the world, among numerous other honours and awards by renowned IP media.

Looking ahead, Mr. Wu said that CPA will continue to serve its clients with sincerity, professionalism, and efficiency, and at the same time endeavour to actively execute the national IP strategies by assisting in pushing forward reforms in IP innovation development and promoting progress of the industry.
